Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz is the highest-profile player who won\u2019t be in action at the Italian Open as he is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines, while it remains to be seen if six-time winner Novak Djokovic and British No 1 Emma Raducanu will play.<\/p>\n
