Novak Djokovic has sparked concern after appearing to suffer an injury during his Wimbledon quarter-final match with Felix Auger-Aliassime.<\/p>\n
The seven-time Wimbledon champion, who is seeded seventh, took to Centre Court to face No 3 seed Auger-Aliassime on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n
The match looked like the standout clash of the men\u2019s quarter-final lineup, and both players made a strong start in hot conditions in London.<\/p>\n

He gave a bit of an \u2018Oooh\u2019,\u201d said Woodbridge.<\/p>\n \u201cFrom the way he is stretching, it looks like it could be the calf or the Achilles or potentially the plantar fascia area of the foot itself.<\/p>\n \u201cThey are testing the stability of the ankle into the calf at the minute, which isn\u2019t a good injury. It is one you tend to get at the backend of your career rather than at any other point.\u201d<\/p>\n The Australian added: \u201cThis really is a tough period for Felix Auger-Aliassime because he has to stay so concentrated on his own end of the court and on his own game.<\/p>\n \u201cHe cannot afford to get drawn into Novak Djokovic\u2019s issues, such as wondering whether he is alright or whether he will carry on.
