The world No 20 was beaten 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 by 10th-ranked Anisimova in a two hour-and-28 minute battle that finished shortly before 1am on Tuesday morning in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n
Eala<\/a> won a gruelling opening set lasting an hour and five minutes after she battled back from being a break down at 3-4.
